As the wave of AI sweeps across the healthcare industry, the personalized health supplement market is also gaining momentum and attention. Kamee, a personalized nutrition service provider, recently announced a partnership with HealthConn Biomedical (stock code: 6665-TW), a subsidiary of Hon Hai, to jointly create a personalized smart health service. The collaboration aims to provide consumers with the most suitable health management and customized nutrition solutions.

Together, Kamee and HealthConn have launched a co-branded “Customized Health Package”, integrating personalized health management with intelligent nutrition customization.

Kamee CEO Chiu Yang-Hsuan explained that Kamee’s service allows consumers to complete an online smart questionnaire to assess their health conditions and identify the supplements they truly need. Customized supplements are then delivered monthly in convenient daily packets, meeting nutritional needs with one sachet per day. Since its launch two years ago, the service has reached over 100,000 users worldwide, with a subscription renewal rate of over 80%. HealthConn recognized Kamee’s strength in smart customization, leading to this strong partnership.

HealthConn Biomedical, known for its data-driven precision testing and personalized health management services, serves over 20,000 consumers annually and provides employee health programs for more than 200 enterprises. Through integration of the HealthConn app with Kamee’s smart questionnaire system, consumers can easily build their personalized nutrition plans. The two companies also launched six co-branded supplement packages, supported by HealthConn’s professional health coaches who provide pre-exam reminders, check-up support, post-assessment consultations, and AI chatbot services—offering a seamless O2O (online-to-offline) personalized health experience.

According to Frost & Sullivan, the global precision medicine market is expected to grow from NT$2.1 trillion in 2021 to NT$3.7 trillion in 2025, at a CAGR of 14.5%. The global personalized nutrition market alone reached NT$1.5 trillion in 2023. Backed by investors including Junsheng Capital, Kamee and HealthConn aim to seize these opportunities by jointly delivering high-quality, personalized health experiences.

Chiu Yang-Hsuan, founder of Kamee, shared the company’s data algorithms and end-to-end customization experience at the Taipei International Convention Center before an audience of thousands of investors. He noted that Kamee’s one-stop solution addresses consumer pain points such as confusion over supplement choices and the inconvenience of multiple bottles. By leveraging big data from over 100,000 users, Kamee has built a loyal base of fans and subscribers.
