Kamee CEO Chiu Yang-Hsuan explained that Kamee’s service allows consumers to complete an online smart questionnaire to assess their health conditions and identify the supplements they truly need. Customized supplements are then delivered monthly in convenient daily packets, meeting nutritional needs with one sachet per day. Since its launch two years ago, the service has reached over 100,000 users worldwide, with a subscription renewal rate of over 80%. HealthConn recognized Kamee’s strength in smart customization, leading to this strong partnership.
HealthConn Biomedical, known for its data-driven precision testing and personalized health management services, serves over 20,000 consumers annually and provides employee health programs for more than 200 enterprises. Through integration of the HealthConn app with Kamee’s smart questionnaire system, consumers can easily build their personalized nutrition plans. The two companies also launched six co-branded supplement packages, supported by HealthConn’s professional health coaches who provide pre-exam reminders, check-up support, post-assessment consultations, and AI chatbot services—offering a seamless O2O (online-to-offline) personalized health experience.
